Shipping & Delivery

Every Pellavio piece ships from our artisan workshop in Florence, Italy. Here's everything you need to know about getting it to your door.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation (Monday – Friday, excluding Italian and Australian public holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Carriers

We ship exclusively via DHL, FedEx, or UPS — fully tracked, door-to-door international couriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be selected based on your destination and the fastest available service at time of dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimated from the date of dispatch and are subject to customs clearance and local carrier conditions:

Australia5 – 10 business days
United Kingdom & Europe3 – 7 business days
United States & Canada5 – 8 business days
Rest of World7 – 14 business days

Timeframes are estimates only. Pellavio is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the item type and your delivery address. As a guide:

Small accessories (wallets, cardholders)From AUD $45

Weekender & larger bagsFrom AUD $130

Exact shipping costs are confirmed at checkout before payment. Prices are in AUD and may vary with exchange rates.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

Shipment Insurance

All orders are insured with our courier partner for the declared value of the goods. In the rare event your parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@pellavio.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative colour or model, or offer a full refund.
