Cut
By hand, to pattern
Each piece is hand-cut to precision patterns by our artisans. No shortcuts. Every panel is matched for grain consistency before a single stitch is placed.

Stitched
Linen thread, saddle-stitched
Saddle-stitched by hand using waxed linen thread — the oldest and strongest method. If one stitch breaks, the rest hold. Machine stitching simply cannot match it.

Finished
Inspected, edge-burnished
Every edge is hand-burnished and conditioned. Hardware is fitted with solid brass fittings. Each bag passes a 27-point inspection before it leaves our workshop.
