Not in love with your piece? You have 14 days from delivery to start a return or exchange. Here's how the process works.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags, dustbag, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customised or personalised items (including private-label or branded products)
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or alteration
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

How to Return

  1. Email hello@pellavio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to us using a tracked service at your own cost.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in return transit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 5–7 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Manufacturing Defects & Warranty

Each Pellavio piece is backed by a 24-month manufacturing defect warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with our production standards.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship — including stitching failures, hardware faults, and structural issues — that arise under normal use conditions.

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at hello@pellavio.com within 14 days of noticing the issue, including:

  • Your order number and proof of purchase
  • Clear photographs of the defect
  • A description of the issue

We will assess the claim and, if confirmed, arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you. If a return of the item is required for assessment, we will cover the return shipping costs.

A Note on Full-Grain Leather

Our bags are crafted from full-grain leather — the highest grade available. Because of this, each piece retains the natural character of the hide: subtle variations in grain, tone, veining, and texture. These are not flaws; they are the marks of genuine, unprocessed leather and are part of what makes each Pellavio piece completely unique.

Over time, full-grain leather develops a rich patina that deepens with use. We consider this the most beautiful quality of the material, and hope you will too.

Natural leather characteristics — including grain variation, minor surface marks, and tonal differences — are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under our returns or warranty policy.
